  • 1/2 cupRefined Flour
  • 2Ripe Mangoes
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 2 tbspVegetable Oil
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend sugar and mango together in a mixer jar.

    Transfer in a mixing bowl and add flour, milk, baking powder, salt and oil.

    Mix all well and make a smooth and thick batter.

    Hear oil in an appe pan and pour batter by spoon.

    Cover and cook till golden brown in colour from both sides.
