Namul-style Broccoli with Mayonnaise and Fish Sauce

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I wanted to use up the broccoli I bought on sale.

The saltiness of nam pla varies, so adjust the amount accordingly. 1 tablespoon is fairly salty. You can add some lemon or spice (such as red chili pepper) if you like. Add as much garlic as you like. If you don't have dried slices us raw grated, powdered or from a tube. For 1 bunch. Recipe by Iikun
