First cut the edifice leftover chapati and cut it round shape,then divide it to two same portions.make a slurry from all-purpose flour.and make a cone from chapati.

Heat a pan add oil,once oil is hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,add ginger garlic paste and soute it add crushed chilli and soute it add turmeric powder and mix it well.

Add salt,amachoor powder and mix it. Add chopped coriander.and ready your Samosa bhaji.now this mixture feel in the lefty chapati’s cone

This stuffed Samosa is ready to fry.heat. a Kadhai add oil,once oil is hot add Samosa and fry it on golden brown.

In serving plate arrange Samosa green chatani and tomato ketchup and garnish with fried leftover chapati and serve it hot. Enjoy leftover chapati Samosa. You can use air fryer to make this Samosa.
