Stuffed Jalapeno Pops - Spicy :P

Ingredients

  1. 12fresh jalapeño peppers
  2. 225 grfull-fat brick cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsmoked paprika
  6. 1/4Cayenne Pepper
  7. For Coating
  8. 1 cupmilk
  9. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  10. 1 cupdry bread crumbs
  11. 2 quartsoil for frying, or as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Half the Peppers and remove seeds. Cream together rest of ingrediants.

    Put approx 1 Tsp of the mixturn into to hollowed out pepper - slightly rasied is ok push lightly with fingers to make sure to air gaps.

    Put into Fridge and prepair 3 dish in a row, 1) milk 2) Flour 3) bread crumbs and a rack over a tray (to catch the bits).

    Dip stuffed jalapeños in milk, then in flour, making sure they are well-coated. Transfer coated jalapeños to a plate; let dry for 10 minutes (dont rush as you want a good crust)

    Then dip into Milk again and then into dream crumbs to coat evenly. put back onto tray.

    Heat Oil in frying pan to 170C not too hot as you want to cook the pepper and melt the cheese before too brown. about 3-4 mins each. Work in 3 batches. after cook drain on kichen paper and serve with your favouite dipping sauce while still hot. AMAZING :P

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
