Take a mixing bowl, add atta, papaya, salt & ajwain, mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a med hard dough, rest it for 5 minutes, sprinkle lil oil, knead it again, keep aside. Take small portions of the dough, roll it, make a small puri, add lil oil, seal the edges, roll it again, make med sized Parathas...

Take an iron tawa, heat it, moderate the flame, brush lil oil, place Paratha, cook it for a minute, flip it. Cook it for a minute.

Now add oil, spread it evenly, flip it, add oil on the other side too, cook it flipping until both sides turn light brown, make all the parathas in the same manner.

Take out in a dish, plate it, serve it any curry...
