First transfer soaked rice in the mixi jar & and little water by adding salt, dessicated coconut & cardamom

Then blend to a fine batter

Transfer this batter in a bowl

Now in a wok add half cup water & jaggery melt this on a low flame

When it melts properly off the flame and strain this jaggery syrup in the rice batter bowl

Then add mitha soda in the batter & mix well.Then heat ghee in the pressure cooker add raisins, pieces of coconut & cashews

Fry for a few seconds then pour rice batter over it.

Sprinkle cranberries on the top & cook on a very low flame by removing the whistle.

It will take 20 to 25 min.then off the flame.let it cool slightly the transfer very gently with the help of spatula it's very soft

I don't have a banana leaf.Use banana leaf while cooking and serving.Cut into pieces serve and enjoy 😋😋
