All ingredients keep aside.soak rice for 15 minutes,in medium size bowl add curd,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin powder,coriander powder,salt,biryani masala and mix nicely. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it nicely.

Add all chopped veggies,green peas in bowl and marinate it.heat a cooker add oil and fry cashews,take out in plate,then same pan add chopped onion and one pinch salt and fry onion.

Take out fried onion in plate,add same pan marinated vegetables and soute it for 2 minutes.then transfer it to plate,

Add in cooker 1 tablespoon ghee add Shahi jeera,green cardamom,cloves,bay leaf, cinnamon sticks and stir it turn off heat,then heat another pan add water,once water boil add salt,ghee,and lemon juice,add soaked rice and cook rice 70%.

In cooker arange birayani first lair spread rice,then spread cooked vegetables,again,spread rice then spread vegetables,last place fried cashews and onions.

Add in small bowl fire coal,pour ghee and place on biryani rice and cover with sliver foil.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander and serve it with cacumber raita.enjoy your SMOKE VEGGIE BIRYANI WITH CACUMBER RAITA.
