Chocolate mysore pak

Measure besan, cocoa powder, sugar and ghee. Keep it ready to make chocolate mysore pak.

In a big bowl add besan and cocoa powder, then add one cup of ghee, mix well without lumps. Keep it aside.

Keep a nonstick deep pan on medium heat, add sugar and water and mix till the sugar melts completely.Then add the besan and ghee mix. Stir it continuously without stopping. Middle add some more ghee. The chocolate mix starts boiling,add ghee and mix well.

Let the mix become thick and it leaves the sides, add ghee and mix well. Remove from heat, add leftover ghee,mix and pour the mysore pak mix into a greased tray. After five minutes,cut into a small rectangle pieces.

Transfer to a serving plate. Super tasty and soft chocolate mysore pak is ready to serve.
