Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmulti grain flour
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 cupdesi ghee
  5. 1 cupmint leaves
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspGaram Masala
  9. 1 tspdry coriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspchat masala
  11. 2 tbspsesame seeds
  12. 1 cupgreen chutney
  13. 1 cupcurd

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1cup jowar flour1 cup maize flour,1 cup gram flour 1 cup wheat flour 1/2cup Ragi flour then add in a Big Bowl and add 1 tsp red chilli powder and turmeric powder and add 1 tsp Garam Masala and chat masala.

    Then add 2 tbsp mint leaves and1 /2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp ghee mix well then add sufficient water and mix well

    And make soft dough and take the dough ball and roll into a thin chapati evenly spread milted ghee on chapati and Mint Chutney and mint leaves and sesame seeds and dust dry flour over chapati fold the chapati while making the pleats, roll the dough and tuck inward to seal properly and form a layered dough ball.

    And make lachha paratha and set a tawa over high heat and heat it well then place the rolled paratha on the tawa cook until brown Sports start to appear flip and cook from other side then add ghee as required and cook the paratha, until crispy and golden brown from both sides., now multigrain lachha paratha is ready.

    Then paratha transferred to a serving plate decorate with green chilli piece and serve green chutney and curd.Enjoy!!!
