Ingredients

Serving 2 servings
  1. 2 cupcauliflower florets
  2. 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 1.4 cup chopped carrots
  5. 1 cupall purpose flour
  6. 2 tbsp rice flour
  7. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  8. 1 tablespoontomato sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  10. 1 tablespoonchopped garlic
  11. 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. 1 tablespoonspring onion
  14. Oil for fry

  1. 1

    First all ingredients keep aside.add in medium size bowl all purpose flour,rice flour and cornstarch mix it well,add black pepper powder and little salt and mix it well.

    Add water and make a batter,add all chopped veggies,heat a Kadhai add oil,once it hot dip veggies in batter and fry it on golden brown.

    Heat another pan add oil,once oil is hot add chopped garlic and soute it,add tomato sauce and mix it,add soya sauce and mix it well add 2 tablespoons water and mix it well cook for 30 seconds.

    Add fried veggies in pan and mix it well,your crispy veg kothe is ready. Garnish with spring onion and serve it hot.
