First all ingredients keep ready and set aside.in a pan heat butter and oil,add garlic,add chopped tomatoes and chopped onion add whole and ground spices,add cashews,soute everything until onion is translucent,add tomatoes and cook about 30 seconds.

Let the soured mixture cool completely transfer the cooled mixture in to a mixer jar.add a little water and bleyuntil the is smooth.

Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve in to a bowl using a spoon to press gently press through this remove skins or coarse bites for a silky gravy. Add more water to reach your desired smoothness.

Heat a pan add gravy and cook for 2 minutes,add salt and cream and mix it well.

Add crushed paneer,mashed potato chopped green chilli,chopped ginger,cumin powder,coriander powder,chopped dryfruits 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice and pinch of sugar and lightly salt and mix it gently,

Heat. Kadhai add oil and once oil is hot add koftas and fry it on golden colour.

In serving bowl add gravy and pour grVy on koftas garnish with cream and serve with potato Roti.ready PANEER MALAI KOFTA ENJOY
