1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder

1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/2 tspasofedita
1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cook the rice and keep aside do not strain the water. Heat oil, add cumin, mustard seeds, asofedita and onion, green chillies. Add spices and cook for 2 mts.

Now add gram flour and cook till it smells, now add rice with water, mix well and cook for 5 mts

Serve hot with salad and achaar.
