Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black pepper fenel seeds coriander seeds onion stir fry to cook add tomato stir fry to cook

Now add salt green chili tarmaric powder coriander powder red chili powder stir cook 2 minutes and flame off after cool grind fine past keep aside

Take a pan add oil heat add potato stir fry to cook 2-3 minutes and remove it keep aside

Now sam pan add cumin seeds curry leaves mustard seeds stir add green peas stir fry to cook 2minutes and add grind masala 1/2 cup water stir fry to cook well add fry potatoes stir cook 1 minutes

Now add mango powder and dassi ghee stir cook

Now add coriander leaves stir

Now add fenugreek leaves garammasala stir and flame off

Now transfer into serving bowl garnish coriander leaves and garammasala and fenugreek leaves
