200sweet corn
1 tspsalt
2 tbspcorn starch
1 tspred chilli powder
1 cupoil to fry
1 tspcoriander leaves finely chopped

Boil the sweet corn for 5-7 minutes. Drain the water.

Sprinkle corn starch, add salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Deep fry it until it becomes crispy.

Sprinkle with some fresh coriander leaves totally optional though. Enjoy your snack on a rainy day
