Boil Kandamul till cook. Once gets cooked chop it into pieces. If you don't have kandmul then use boiled potatoes instead of it.

Roast the makhana in a pan on low heat until they turn crispy. Set aside to cool.

Preapare green chuteny and take it out in bowl. Whisk the curd and make it smooth textured.

In a large bowl, add roasted makhanas and chopped boiled kandmul. If you don't have kandmul then use boiled potatoes instead of it. Top it with curd. Add it in generous amount.

In that add green chutney, fresh pomegranate seeds, sendha namak, black pepper, chilli powder and fresh coriander leaves! Add farali chivda for garnishing as it gives crunchy taste to it. Mix everything well.

Make Bhel just before serving. If you are making it ahead of time, don't add makhanas as they will not be crispy. Roast and keep them in a dry container. Add just before serving! And mix it properly.

Serve the Amazingly delicious Makhana Bhel immediately!
