Steps

Heat the water in a vessel and bring it to boil. Then add corn and boil the corns kernels for at least 5 minutes. Then drain all the water from boiled corns kernels and rest it.

Now add corn flour, black pepper powder and salt on corn and coat corn kernels well. Now fry coated corn. Be careful while frying as they may popup.

Take a bowl add red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder and mix well. Masala is ready.

Now add this ready masala to fried corn and mix corn well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Masala crispy corn is ready to serve.
