Steps

Add in medium size bowl mashed potatoes,heat a tadaka pan add oil and jeera curry leaves,chill garlic paste and soute it.add peas and turmeric powder and cover it.

Mix it in mashed potatoes add chat masala,lemon juice,salt and sugar and mix it.ready.your feeling,

Add another bowl maida Mohan(hot oil),carom seeds,salt add water and knead a dough,rest it for 10 minutes.

Take small portions of dough and flat it on flat surface as puri and then cut it and divide in to two parts.take one part in hand make it cone shape lock its point and feel mixture and close it other side.as samosa baithak.

Heat a Kadhai add oil,once oil hots add samosa and fry it on golden colour,on slow heat.ready your Aloo matar shingara,serve it with tamarind sweet chatani.yum snacks enjoy
