For making atta

Take bowl add atta sooji ajwain kasuri methi and mix well add ghee or oil and mix atta add water to make a semi soft dough.Cover and keep aside for 20 min

For making masala

Heat oil.Add crushed masala and roast for few seconds.Add all masala potato and mix well Keep it aside and let it be cool.

For making samosa

Knead the dough again using little oil.Divide the dough into small balls.

Roll it into small round roti. Spread potato mixture and roll it out.Cut into small pieces.

Take pan heat oil put the samosa rolls and cook from both side till golden brown.

Serve immediately.
