Crispy honey chilli baby corn

Take fresh baby corn, keep ready. Take corn flour in a bowl,add rice flour, onion powder,garlic powder, pepper powder,salt add little water and mix well. Then add baby corns and mix till they are well coated with the mixture.

Heat oil in a kadai and drop the batter coated baby corns into the hot oil. Deep fry till golden crispy.Drain the oil on a kitchen tissue.

Keep a fry pan on medium heat, add oil, chopped onion, garlic, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, tomato sauce, red chilli sauce,soya sauce and pinch of salt, mix well, add fried baby corns, toss till well combined. Switch off add honey, sesame seeds and spring onions and mix well.

Transfer to a serving plate. Crispy honey chilli baby corn is ready to serve Serve hot garnished with toasted sesame and chopped spring onions.
