To start, boil and peel the potatoes, then mash them thoroughly in a large container. Mix in roasted sesame seeds, roasted cumin powder, rock salt powder, salt to taste, chopped green chilies, coriander, oil, and all-purpose flour (mainda Flour)until well combined.

Add a small amount of water to form a dough, mix well, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough after 15 minutes, roll it out, and cut out circles to make puris. Prepare all the puris this way.

Heat oil in a kadhai over medium heat on the stovetop and fry the rolled and cut puris in batches until crispy.

Serve hot and enjoy !
