Take leftover roti.cut into small triangle.Deep- fry them.put a side.

In a pan heat oil,add onion.saute for 5 minutes.now add crushed garlic.Now add turmeric and red chilli powder.salt, and add tomato puree.saute till water evaporate.add garam masala and white vinegar.

Let it cool.Now in a bowl add add chopped veggies corn,rajma.crushed roti nachos.

Add chopped coriander leaves.mix prepared sauce.Mixwell add lemon juice.serve immediately.

Serve some nachos also.It is easy to make.
