To begin with, coarsely blend moong sprouts, green chillies, ginger,coriander leaves and shallots in a mixer.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add grated paneer, chat masala and salt.

Mix well. Shape into medium size round tikkis. Heat oil in a pan, shallow fry the tikkis on medium heat until crisp and golden brown from both sides.

Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
