Crispy Rolls

Take a pan, add some butter to it. Then add all veggies and saute them for about while.

Now add a pinch of salt, sugar, pepper powder, chilli flakes, oregano herbs, chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Give everything a good mix.

Now once all the veggies becomes tender add shredded chicken and cook for another 1 minute. Remove the mixture from the pan. Your filling is now ready.

Now take rice paper sheet. Just dip it once into the water. Now add about 2 tbsp of filling on it. Add some cheese in top if it and roll it as shown in the image below.

Repeat the same process with the rest of the rice paper sheets.

Now heat a pan and add some butter. Once it gets hot, place the rolls on it. Let it saute for about 30 seconds by flipping both the sides. Remove them on a platter.

Enjoy them as it is or with some ketchup.
