Bhel puri is a very famous street food in Maharashtra. It really very tasty and tempting. Here I have prepared a fusion bhel bar where there is blend of Indian taste with Chinese flavours.

Bhel puri is a very famous street food in Maharashtra. It really very tasty and tempting. Here I have prepared a fusion bhel bar where there is blend of Indian taste with Chinese flavours.
Steps

In a heavy bottom pan add 1 tablespoon ghee,as it melts add jaggery powder and mix it with spatula

Now add 1 tablespoon Imli chutney and 1 tablespoon green chutney and mix well with jaggery.

Now add red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix well,the jaggery starts melting here. Now quickly add murmura.

Now add farsan,sev,roated peanuts, sprouted mataki,salt,chat masala and mix everything well,flame should be low at every step of the recipe.

Now grease a plate with ghee and pour the bhel bar mixture to it and set with spatula,at this stage only give the cuts lightly with knife and let it set.

While serving put sev and fresh coriander leaves on the top of bar. This is a very good option for kids small tiffin,kitty party starter, snacking.
