Take the mixed sprouts.

Heat water in a pan and boil the mixed sprouts.

Once boiled remove from the stove, drain the excess water and let it cool.

Now add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes to the boiled sprouts.

Now add chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.

Now add tamarind chutney, salt and chaat masala.

Mix everything well.

Now transfer the prepared bhel to a serving dish.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds, nylon sev and serve.
