Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmixed sprouts
  2. 1medium onion finely chopped
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 1green chilli chopped
  5. 2 tbspfresh coriander leaves chopped
  6. 1 tbsptamarind chutney
  7. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1 tbspnylon sev for garnish
  10. 1 tbsppomegranate seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take the mixed sprouts.

    Heat water in a pan and boil the mixed sprouts.

  3. 3

    Once boiled remove from the stove, drain the excess water and let it cool.

  4. 4

    Now add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes to the boiled sprouts.

  5. 5

    Now add chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Now add tamarind chutney, salt and chaat masala.

  7. 7

    Mix everything well.

  8. 8

    Now transfer the prepared bhel to a serving dish.

  9. 9

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds, nylon sev and serve.
