Ingredients

Serves 4, 10 minutes.
  1. 1/4 cupwhole milk (60 ml)
  2. 6eggs, beaten
  3. 3 slicesham, chopped
  4. 2medium potatoes, boiled and cut into medium cubes
  5. 2green onions, sliced
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1 tablespoonoil

Steps

Serves 4, 10 minutes.
  1. 1

    Add the oil to a skillet and cook the potatoes until lightly browned, then add the ham and green onions.

    Beat the eggs well, then add the milk, salt, and pepper.

    Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for a few minutes until you can flip it.

    When the omelet is almost set, place a plate over the skillet, flip the omelet onto the plate, then slide it back into the skillet to brown on both sides.
