Ingredients

  1. For Sangri Sabji
  2. 1 cupDry Sangri
  3. 1 cupcurd
  4. 2onion sliced
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 10 clovesgarlic
  7. 1/2 cupKaju
  8. 1/2 cupmustard oil
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 2 tspdhania powder
  12. 1 tsphaldi
  13. 2Dry red chilli
  14. 1bay leaves
  15. 1 tspcumin seeds
  16. For making Jodhpuri Aloo
  17. 500 gmbaby potato raw and peeled
  18. 2 tbspdahi mixed with 1/2 cup water
  19. 1 tspSalt and haldi each
  20. 1 tbspoil
  21. 1 tspjeera saunf dhania seeds red chilli flakes dry red chilli sesame seeds each
  22. Salt to taste
  23. 1 tspred chilli powder
  24. 1 tspdhania powder
  25. 1/2 tsphaldi
  26. 1 tbspamchur
  27. Dal paratha
  28. 1 cupmoong dal
  29. 1 tspSalt and haldi each
  30. 1Green chilli
  31. 1/2 inchginger
  32. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  33. Salt to taste
  34. 1 cupatta (semi soft dough)

Cooking Instructions

    For making Sangri

    Wash and soak sangri in water for 3 hours.

    Wash and drain the water.Add frash water and boil till it is soft.Add dry red chilli and bay leaves whole boiling.Drain and keep aside.

    Take bowl add curd and all masala and mix well.Keep it aside.

    Heat oil.Add chopped garlic and saute.Add onion and saute till transparent.

    Add curd mixture and cook stirring occasionally. Cook till it leaves oil.

    Add kaju and cook again for few minutes.Add sangri and mix well.Add little water.cook for 5 min more.

    Jodhpuri Aloo

    Heat oil.Add potato and curd mixture salt and haldi.Cook cover till it is soft. Keep it aside

    Heat oil.Add cumin seeds dhania saunf sesame seeds dry red chilli chilli flakes and saute for few sec

    Add potato and mix well.Add little water and cook again till it soft

    For making paratha

    Wash and soak dal for 2 hours. Boil the dal adding salt and haldi for 10 min till it is little soft.Drain the water and allow it to cool

    Take mixer grinder add cooked dal ginger green chilli and blend to coarse paste without adding water

    Take a bowl add dal paste and all masala and mix well.

    Paratha assembly.

    Roll the dough into circle add dal masala and make ball.Roll the dough again

    Heat tawa put the roti and cook from both side adding oil.

    Thali Assembly

    Place all the items in thali.Ready to serve thali enjoy
