A refined yet simple pasta dish with tender prawns, golden garlic, and a splash of white wine, tossed with linguine and fresh parsley, then finished with grated Italian cheese

Clean and peel 15 prawns.

Crop the garlic cloves.

Boil the water. Add salt. Add pasta and cook for 6 minutes.

Add olive oil to sauce pan. Cook the prawns for 1 to 2 minutes until brown. Remove from pan and set aside.

Prepare the sauce. Use the same sauce pan. Cook the cropped garlic until brown. Add some white wine. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes

Add the pasta directly to the sauce pan with a little bit of pasta water. Add pepper and parsley. Cover. Cook for 6 minutes.

Add the prawns and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.

Plate the pasta and serve with some Parmesan cheese.
