Set dosa can be made instantly, so I often make this dosa for breakfast at home whenever needed.

First, rinse the poha and soak it for 5 minutes.

Next, add the soaked poha, yogurt, semolina, and water to a blender jar. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl, cover, and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Add salt to the mixture and mix well. Then add the fruit salt (Eno) and mix again.

Heat a nonstick skillet. Pour a large spoonful of the batter onto the skillet and spread it out. Cook on one side until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side lightly as well.

Serve the hot, tasty, and crispy set dosa with green chutney.
