Beetroot brownies

Prepare ingredients.

Melt the butter with chocolate.

Mix the beetroot in the food processor, or grate it on the grater. If you have raw beetroot, cook it first.

Whisk eggs with sugar until sugar dissolves.

Add mixed beetroot to the melted chocolate, and add whisked eggs. Mix gently. Then add flour, cocoa powder and vanilla extract and mix again.

Pour into baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes. Let it cool, serve and enjoy 😋
