Soak all the okra in water (with vinegar) enough to submerge it for 5-7 minutes

Drain and rinse

In a large pot add water, steaming plate and add okra
- 4
Allow the water to heat and boil for 10 minutes. Turn off the heat.

Serve hot with your favourite sauce.

Serving suggestion. Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper and squeeze some lemon over it.
