Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream, coconut milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and almond extract.
Mix well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. - 3
Churning (homemade ice cream)
Pour the well-chilled mixture into your ice cream maker.
While churning, add the lime zest and grated coconut.
Start the machine.

Serving & Storage
For a creamy texture, serve immediately.
For a firmer ice cream, freeze for 4 hours.
