Prepare all the ingredients. Take dry desicated coconut powder in a wide vessel, add dry fruit powder, cardamom powder, essence and sweetened condensed milk to it and make a dough. Divide it into two parts, arrange one part in a tray mold and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour to set.

Now add crushed beetroot in a pan and fry till it becomes soft and some of the water burns off. Then add milk powder and sweetened condensed milk and keep stirring till some of the water burns off and becomes completely smooth. Then add cardamom powder, dry fruit and essence, mix well and turn off the gas.

Now add the crushed carrot in a pan, add milk and fry it till it becomes soft and some of the water burns off. Then add sugar, milk powder and sweetened condensed milk and keep stirring. Keep stirring till some of the water burns off and it becomes completely thick. Then add cardamom powder and dry fruit essence, mix well and turn off the gas.

First peel the gourd and grate it. Add the gourd pulp, milk, sugar and ghee in a pan and keep stirring on medium flame. When the milk starts to burn, add milk powder to it, mix well and keep stirring till it thickens. Now add green food colour (optional) mix well and add cardamom powder and dry fruit to it. When the mixture thickens and leaves the pan, take a little mixture and check the consistency. If the consistency is right, take it off the heat.

Now make laddu by mixing milk halwa, carrot halwa, beetroot halwa and coconut in small portions. Now unmold the tray and place the prepared laddu on it, garnish with almonds and place on a serving plate.

So colorful and delicious halwa laddu is ready. Which can also be used in fast food.
