A refreshing and healthy drink made with apricots, cucumber, and coconut water, perfect for hot summer days!

First, add chia seeds to lukewarm water and let it sit covered for 15 minutes.

Wash fresh apricots and cucumber, remove the seeds from apricots and chop them, peel and chop the cucumber. Reserve fresh coconut water separately. Add apricot and cucumber pieces along with sugar to a jar and blend well.

Now, add chilled chia seeds and a little coconut water to the mixture and blend well. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add more coconut water, and mix well.

Then, add ice cubes to the prepared mixture in a glass, stir well, and serve chilled.
