Wash, wipe and thinly slice spiny gourd length wise.

Heat a pan. Add oil and mustard seeds. Allow to crackle. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and coriander powder. Mix well.

Cover and cook for 7 minutes till bhaji gets tender.Add little chopped coriander leaves.

Our teasel gourd bhaji is ready to serve.
