Finely chop green chili, onion, spring onion and tomato.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and chopped vegetables. Mix well. Pour water to make a batter of medium thickness.

Take a nonstick pan and switch on the burner. Pour 1tsp oil and spread with a spatula. Pour 1 large spoon of batter on the hot pan and spread the batter. Pour oil at the periphery and also on the top. When the bottom turn golden brown flip and cook the other side.

Collect the dosas in a serving plate. Serve hot with kasundi and tomato ketchup.
