Ingredients

10 minutes
1 cup ragi seeds (whole night soak and sprouted
  1. 1/4 cupchopped spring onion
  2. 1 tablespoonchopped green chilli
  3. 1/4 tbspmustard seeds
  4. 1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/4 tbspsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoons chopped coriander
  8. 3-4curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 tbspdesiccated coconut
  11. 1 tablespoonudad dal

    Whole night soaked ragi,drain the water and place on muslin cloth and tie it.after 4 hours it sprouts.,heat a Kadhai add oil once it hot add mustard seeds,cumin seeds.it’s crackle add udad dal.

    Add chopped onion and chili,curry leaves sauté it,then add 4 cup water,add salt,turmeric powder,

    Once boil water add sprouted ragi and cook it until the water is absorbed,cover it and lets it cook.add lemon juice and add chopped coriander,ready your ragi upama garnish with desiccated coconut and serve it hot.
