Take a bowl, add all the flours (like besan, wheat flour,)

Add salt, spices, jeera,ajwain, cumin seeds, tarmaric, red chili, mango powder, and chopped onion, coriander leaves green chili

Add little water slowly and knead it into a soft dough, rest it for 10- 15 minutes

Make small balls from the dough and roll them into roti using a rolling pin (belan)

Heat a tawa, cook the roti on both sides till golden brown,uply ghee or butter

Serve hot with mint chattny, curd, pickle, and salad
