For making salsa ~
In a bowl add chopped onion 🧅 coriander leaves green chili & lemon mix it well & let it sit for a minute to allow the flavors to meld ; now add tomatoes 🍅 salt & 1 tbsp chili 🌶️ sauce if you don’t have add little 1/2 tsp chili powder & for little sweet taste add 3 tbsp ketchup & add chopped garlic 🧄 mix well ;little thickness will come & keep aside. Excellent salsa is ready. Make it in mng & eat in evening taste will sooo good. It will taste spicy khatta & meetha.

For Avocado 🥑 Paste ~
Cut 2 ripe avocados 🥑 in half and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado flesh like butter.
Add salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive 🫒 oil to the mashed avocado 🥑
Mix well to combine& keep aside - 4

Toast the Bread 🍞
Take a griddle and heat it on medium heat.
Place multigrain bread 🍞 slices on the griddle.
Let the bread 🍞 toast until crispy on medium flame.
Flip the bread 🍞 slices and toast the other side.
Add some extra virgin olive oil to the bread 🍞 - 6
Assemble the Avocado 🥑 Toast
Apply the prepared avocado paste on the toasted bread 🍞 slice.
Top the avocado paste with the prepared salsa.
Add a slice of cherry tomato 🍅 on top.
Sprinkle white and black sesame seeds on top. Serve and Enjoy!! - 7
