Prep time -10 mins,Blend-2mins, Freeze-2h30mins

  1. For Chocolate Tart
  2. 1 cupOats flour
  3. 1/2 cupunsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 2 Tbspoil
  6. 4 Tbspmaple syrup
  7. Filling
  8. 2 TbspMoringa powder
  9. 10-12cashew nuts
  10. 2 Tbspoil
  11. 3limes Juice
  12. 4 Tbspmaple syrup
  13. 1 tspvanilla essence
  14. Garnish with lime wedges

Steps

Prep time -10 mins,Blend-2mins, Freeze-2h30mins

    In a bowl add oats flour, cocoa powder, salt, maple syrup, oil and mix well

    Take tart tins and press on the tins, freeze for 30 mins

  3. 3

    For filling - in a blender add cashew nuts, Moringa powder, maple syrup, oil, lime juice, vanilla essence and blend smooth

    Add the filling onto the chocolate base in the tart tins

    Freeze for 2 hrs to set

    Demould and plate, add lime wedges. Enjoy 😊
