This is a nice delicious healthy dish...can be a good option for breakfast...
Steps

Wash millet, soak in water for 1 hr, strain it.

Take a pressure cooker, add strained millet, salt & oil.

Place the lid, give 5 whistles on high flame. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally, open the lid after 10 minutes.

For frying.... Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add in curry leaves, green chilli & rai, let it splutter.

In goes onion, stir fry it until light brown, add in ginger garlic & salt, saute it until rawness is released.

Now add 3/4 part of paneer, in goes haldi powder too, mix it well, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in boiled millet, mix it well.

In goes garam masala powder & dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with rest of the paneer & few pomegranate pearls...
