Ingredients

10-15 minutes
3 servings
  • 1/2 cup moong sprouts
  • 1/2 cupblack chickpeas sprouts
  • 3 cuphot water
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder(optional)
  • 1/2 tspaamchur/ chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsprock salt/ salt
  • 1/2cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2tomato, chopped
  • 1/2carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsponion, chopped
  • 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tbspmint / pudina, finely chopped
  • 1chilli, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tbsppeanuts, roasted & crushed
  • 2 tbsppomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly, blanch 1 /2 cup moong sprouts 1/2 cup black chickpeas sprouts in 3 cup hot water for 5 minutes. you can alternatively boil for 2 minutes.
    drain off the water. make sure the moon sprouts are softened a bit yet crunchy.

    Take the blanched moong sprouts and black chickpeas sprouts into a large mixing bowl.
    add ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp aamchur and ¼ tsp salt.

    Mix well making sure the spices are well combined.
    further add ½ cucumber, ½ tomato, ½ carrot, 2 tbsp onion, 2 tbsp coriander, 2 tbsp mint, 1 chilli and 1 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil Mix well making sure everything is well combined..
