  1. 11/2 tbspMoringa powder
  2. 2 cupsWhole wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupChickpea flour
  4. 1 tspSalt
  5. 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspcumin,ajwain,garam masala, turmeric powder each
  7. 1 tbspSesame seeds
  8. 2 tbspCurd
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1Green chilli (finely chopped)
  11. 1 tbspMint leaves (finely chopped)
  12. 2 tbspdesi ghee

    Mix everything except desi ghee.Add water little by little to make a soft dough.Rest it for 10 min

    Heat a tawa,grease it with desi ghee.Now divide the dough into 10 parts,make balls. Take a ball and roll it like chapati.

    Place it on the tawa and cook on both the sides until golden brown on medium heat.Sprinkle ghee all around the paratha and cook.Prepare all the parathas.

    For lahsuni raita,mix curd,salt and grated garlic.Whisk it to make smooth raita.Sprinkle mint powder on it.Your healthy and tasty moringa powder paratha is ready to serve.
