Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupunsweetened homemade applesauce (about 100 grams)
  2. 1/2 cuprolled oats (about 50 grams)
  3. 1/4 cupbuckwheat flakes (about 25 grams)
  4. 1/4 cupalmonds (about 25 grams)
  5. 1/4 cuppecans (about 25 grams)
  6. 1 tablespoonflax seeds (about 10 grams)
  7. 1 tablespoonsunflower seeds (about 15 grams)
  8. 1 tablespoonroasted buckwheat groats (kasha) (about 15 grams)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

    Add the applesauce and mix well.

    Spread the mixture in a thin, even layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

    Bake for 22–25 minutes at 340°F (170°C). Let cool completely.
