First all ingredients keep aside,heat a pan add ghee,once it melt add sevaya and roast it in golden brown colour.

After its roast romove Shevya in another plate,add sugar in same pan and caramel it,add milk and boiled it.

Add more milk and boiled it,add roasted Shevya and mix it Cook it for 2 minutes.add cardamom powder and chopped dryfruits.

Ready your caramel Shevya kheer,garnish with raisins and cashews and serve it hot.Caramel Shevya Kheer.
