Indian festivals are varied in nature and every state has its own. Bengal in this week is observing Jhulan Jatra where Lord Krishna & Radha would be put on a swing and people will chant Bhajans and Kirtans and talk about their love for each other. It’s a weeks festival and Taal or Palm Fruit is an integral part to be consumed during this time . Usually Taal r Bora is common or Payesh but I made a Pudding and enjoyed

I tweaked the recipe of Chef Ratna Lalwani. Her recipe link is shared herewith

Subho Jhulan Jatra !
