Domino's style veg premium burger pizza

Domino's style veg premium burger pizza
Steps
- 1
Preparation: cut the veggies. Combine ingredients for pizza sauce and keep aside. Marinate paneer and keep aside.
- 2
Filling: heat up oil in a pan. Saute garlic and then add onions. Saute onions till translucent. Add all the veggies. Saute until the tomatoes get soft and oil releases (the mixture will look bright and shiny).
- 3
Add the spices. Combine well and saute for a minute. Add paneer, combine well. Saute for 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat. We want to keep the veggies crunchy, NOT thoroughly cooked. If you want, You can add olives and tinnned mushrooms at this point and combine.
- 4
Split the buns into halves. Apply the mixture of mayonnaise and chilli sauce on all the slices of the buns. Place the filling on the bottom slice of each bun followed by cheese and then the flakes and herbs.
- 5
Cover the buns with the other slices. Apply the remaining amount of pizza sauce on the top of all the burgers followed by the cheese slices, chilli flakes and herbs. Bake them in the preheated oven at 180c until the cheese melts.
- 6
Baking in a pan: grease the pan with some oil. Cover it and heat up. Place 1 burger in it, sprinkle a tsp of water all around the hot pan, quickly cover it and let it cook for 4 min over the lowest flame. It's ready!

Note:. It looks attractive in the form of a burger, but this form is not manageable while eating. The filling falls out as you try to bite. You can't grip it well while eating because of the cheese on the top. So I guess next time, I should try making a toast/open burger.
- 8
Variation: filling is a world of your choice. You can replace this filling with the filling of lasagna and the instant sauce can be replaced with regular pizza sauce. You can add olives and mushrooms in the same filling.
