Steps

Soak Soya chunks in hot water for 15 mnts.

Sqeeze out soya chunks and grind them.

Take one big pot add grinded chunks. Peel boiled potatoes add in grinded soya chunks.

Chopped onion, carrot and capsicum finely.add in grinded soya chunks.

Add chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder,red chilli flakes, salt.

Add chick pea flour and rice flour.

Mix properly.take small portion of mixture and shape them

Heat oil in pan and shallow fry tikki at medium heat till golden brown in colour both sides.

Remove from fire and serve hot with chutney.
