Wash the chicken, then add salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, vinegar. Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.

In a mixing bowl add refined flour, cornflour, rice flour, baking soda, salt and water. Make a thick batter.

Heat a kadai, put oil. When the oil becomes medium hot coat the chicken pieces into the batter and fry it. 1 batch takes 3-5 minutes for frying. Keep aside the fried chicken pieces.

Now add chopped garlic and onion cubes into the same oil. Saute for 2-3 minutes. In a bowl, add all sauces and whisk it. Then add it into the kadai. Add water and saute for 2 minutes. Then add fried chicken pieces. Coat the pieces very well. Off the gas flame. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Saucy chicken starter is ready, enjoy.
