Divide the idli batter into three parts. Add red color to one part, green color to the second part, and leave the third part as is.

Now, put water to boil in a steamer on one side, and on the other, get a non-stick idli mold ready by greasing it with oil.
Add a pinch of baking soda to each colored portion of the idli batter, stir it well, and spread the three different colored batters into the idli molds.
Place the idli molds in the steamer and let them cook. Once they are done, take the idlis out of the mold. - 3
To make peacock eyes on a pear fruit, take 2 peppercorns and press them lightly onto the pear. Now, cut a small slice from a tomato to make a triangle that is 1 cm by 1.5 cm. Place this triangle right in the middle, slightly below the two eyes.

Arrange the idlis on a plate like a peacock's feather.Place basil leaves in between.
